All prices include unlimited revisions within the original scope. Client provides all copy, property photos, and MLS data. Prices reflect template-based workflow; fully custom builds quoted separately.

    A two-sided, print-ready marketing piece designed to work hard in the field — open houses, mailers, broker events, you name it. One side sells the property, the other reinforces your brand. Delivered press-ready so you can send straight to your printer without the back-and-forth.

What to Expect

This guide outlines pricing for à la carte design work, monthly retainer memberships, and common add-ons. All rates are based on a $50/hr effective rate and reflect the full scope of professional design: strategy, execution, revisions, and file delivery.

❋ Payment

50% deposit required before work begins on all à la carte projects over $150. Remaining balance due upon delivery. Memberships are billed at the top of each month.

❋ What You Provide

All copy, property photos (minimum 300 dpi), MLS data, and any brand/brokerage logo files. Incomplete content at kickoff may affect turnaround.

❋ Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days for most pieces. OMs may run 5–7 days, depending on scope and content delivery.

❋ File Delivery

Print-ready PDFs and/or web-optimized exports delivered via shared folder. Source files are available upon request (an additional fee may apply).
