At Rogers Healy and Associates, I served as the Head of Design, developing creative across residential, commercial, relocation, and property management divisions.

My work ranged from listing presentations and luxury marketing collateral to social media templates, brand guidelines, and brokerage-wide marketing materials. I also maintained the Creative Cloud asset library, established design standards, and provided training and oversight to marketing associates supporting agent requests.

During my time with the company, I contributed to large-scale brand initiatives and marketing campaigns that supported brokerage growth, including agent recruiting efforts, buyer marketing materials, and scalable design systems used across the organization.
